Our client is a startup company looking for a Travel Consultant/Travel Agent with great enthusiasm for traveling. You will be responsible for promoting and booking traveling arrangements for clients (individuals or businesses). The goal is to enhance satisfaction and acquire an expanding and dedicated clientele.
The role will be based in Diani.
Key roles & responsibilities
- Oversee the overall operations of the tour company.
- Develop and implement the company’s strategic plan in line with its vision and objectives.
- Manage the budget and financial performance of the business.
- Build and maintain relationships with key partners, such as hotels, airlines, and local communities.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the tour packages.
- Identify target markets and customer segments.
- Manage online and offline marketing campaigns.
- Handle customer inquiries, bookings, and sales.
- Monitor market trends and competitors to stay competitive.
- Plan and coordinate the logistics of the tour packages.
- Arrange transportation, accommodations, and activities for clients.
- Ensure the smooth execution of each tour.
- Manage tour guides and support staff.
- Oversee customer service and satisfaction.
